Jeff Bunner, PT – Owner, Managing Partner
With a Masters in Physical Therapy from Elon College, Jeff is an accomplished professional known for delivering strong revenue and profit gains in highly competitive markets. His reputation as a “quiet achiever” reflects capacity to pursue business objectives, maintain focus, and partner with others to meet a common goal. He has over 20+ years of experience in post acute therapy space. He has owned and operated over six therapy companies covering the acute, post acute and home care spectrum. He has vast knowledge of compliance, clinical, reimbursement and client satisfaction in these arenas. Jeff has extensive experience with starting and operating therapy companies and developing clinical programs to maximize outcomes and financial programs for predictable ROIs.
Aaron Myers, PT – VP of Operations
Aaron has 13+ years experience in Long Term Care Therapy Operations. He is a graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University and began his career as a staff physical therapist and program director in long term care. Excelling at staff management, reimbursement, compliance and clinical programming moved Aaron through the ranks quickly to regional territory manager and eventually overseeing operations and clinical compliance in 30+ programs multistate.
Aaryn Crosby, PTA – Regional Vice President of Operations
Aaryn Crosby is an Owens College PTA graduate that has been with Remedy for over 4 years. He has rapidly moved his way through the ranks with proven leadership skills, industry experience, talent acquisition and overall therapy business acumen. Aaryn oversees daily operations of regional programs in OH, MI, PA and CT. He manages all financial operations, DOR development, staffing and recruiting solutions, program productivity, RUG utilization and Part B programming.
In addition, he is a critical part of Remedy’s growth strategy by managing regional transition teams for new starts ups, leading successful implementation of new programs and training future regionals and DORs.
